This study presents a comprehensive evaluation of the effects multi-channel spiral twist extrusion (MCSTE) processing on mechanical properties and structural evolution AA5083. The texture developed were mapped by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) for three successive passes compared with an as-annealed plate. An hardness tensile was presented correlated EBSD findings. displayed results revealed that grain refinement strongly associated presence high density low-angle boundaries (LAGBs) after one pass, which into fine grains less than 20 ?m high-angle (HAGBs) MCSTE passes. pass led to 65% reduction in size. size coupled enhancement properties.
